Frank H. Chamberlain was a businessman associated with machinery for the tobacco and textile industries throughout the southern states. Rose Budd Chamberlain was the designer of the ERA stone fence located two blocks away from her home. Mrs. Chamberlain also lead many local clubs and societies as well as the chairperson of the local Red Cross during the Great Depression.
